Red Mill Village is a 55+ Active Adult Condominium Community, located on Rt 123 in Norton, Massachusetts. The complex is located approximately 1/2 mile from Rt 495 on East Main Street (Rt 123).  We have 152 homes on approximately 56 acres of beautifully manicured landscaped property. The complex consists of both attached town-house units and detached single family units.  Every home has a private yard and garage parking. 
 
Red Mill Village has several wonderful amenities. The meetinghouse, centrally located in the village complex, has a Clubhouse side where owners are able to sit and relax with a gas fireplace, a television, internet service, a billiard table and a card room to enjoy. There is a beautiful function room available for residents to utilize for private party celebrations of all kinds, as well as community events.  The function room is equipped with a full kitchen.
 
Across the street from the meeting house is a built-in heated swimming pool with locker room facilities. Behind the meetinghouse you will find a Victory Garden for resident garden enthusiasts.
 
For those who enjoy nature, Red Mill Village offers a groomed walking trail that winds adjacent to conservation property that is part of the complex.
 
The mailroom and trash bins are located in the commercial building as you enter the property from East Main Street onto Hastings Way.
 
Wheaton College is located about 5 miles from Red Mill near the center of the Town of Norton.
 
Highway access from Red Mill Village via route 495 to routes 95 and 24 leads to all points north, south, east and west.  Norton sits approximately mid-point between Boston to its north and Providence, RI to its south.
 
Red Mill Village is within 10 miles of the MBTA and Amtrack train station in Mansfield Massachusetts.
